National Trails Day: Wake Up + Move with MovNat Webinar

Registration is closed for this event
Before you head out for your favorite hike for National Trails Day - we want to help put your best foot forward with the fitness industry newest crave with a ground movement workout!

Ground movement:  Ignored by most over the age of five, find out why a cohesive practice of small ground movements is the next big thing in the fitness industry.  You can do these wherever you have some space on the ground. And if you practice them often, they’ll improve not only your ability to sit and move on the ground, but also your mobility, flexibility, and strength as well.

Ground mobility is so much more than just “mobility drills” or any one movement pattern – and today I’m going to teach you all about it. We take these movements for granted, only to realize how much trouble they give us when we really pay attention to our ability to perform a wide variety of such ground movements not just effectively, but efficiently. The awesome thing is you don’t need to be James Bond to perform at a high level in a wide variety of life situations; from every day to more adventurous (or life-threatening) tasks. You just need to understand its greater practical importance and how to build your skill set through consistent practice.
